So what's the news on these monthly subscription boxes?? Are they really worth it?
I first saw ipsy on a friends facebook page and I was immediately intrigued!! I wanted makeup, skin & hair products coming to me every month for cheap!! The concept is simple enough: Pay a small monthly fee, then wait for a box of goodies to show up at your door. So I checked out the one she was subscribed to and really liked it but being me, I just had to check out all the others before committing. They ALL seem great and like a lot of fun. The reason I went with ipsy was for a couple of reasons. First! Instead of just sending the products in a box that i will most likely chunk, they send them in a cute and different makeup bag every month! LOVED THAT!! If you don't want to keep them all they are great for stocking stuffers! :D
Second! I really love all the giveaways they have each month and it's all connected to instagram which is also fun!
The other boxes seem really nice and you do also get great stuff in them, but some cost a little more and no Glam Bag. I've only gotten one bag so far for September and I 100% loved loved loved it!! I posted a review of My Glam Bag and can't wait to do another!

GlossyBox - $21 a month - the company operates in 18 countries throughout the world making it the world’s largest beauty subscription service. From what I can tell, some samples are sent to everyone and others are chosen specifically for you based on your personal profile. The samples come beautifully packaged in high-end gift boxes and are heftier than the samples found in BIRCHBOX (some are even full size).
